Flexion-free Reformer Class

Wednesdays 1pm (Starts Nov 13, pre-registration required, click here)

Location: Motivation Studion Pilates 

This essential level class will take you through a complete work-out, including core muscles, while omitting those exercises that work the body in flexion.  A flexion-free class is designed for those with osteopenia, osteoporosis, and certain disc injuries, among others.  This is a Polestar Pilates based class.  

Intermediate Reformer 

Thursdays 9am  (pre-registration required, click here)

Location: Motivation Studion Pilates 

Breathe, connect, strengthen. The emphasis in this class is to feel better in your body while also increasing full body strength.  We will work with breath, alignment, and quality of movement as we move through an intermediate Polestar Pilates based repertoire, including variations, props, regressions, and progressions. Class pace/flow is moderate.   

Private Sessions

Private sessions are invaluable to both new and experienced Pilates students. Each 55 minute session is designed specifically for you and your fitness goals. Call to schedule or book online.
