Sarah Wolf, L.M.T., N.C.P.T. graduated from the Swedish Institute: College of Health Sciences in Manhattan, studying Swedish, Shiatsu, and Medical Massage. Her focus is facilitating structural and energetic balance in the body. Sarah is additionally certified in pregnancy and postpartum massage by Carole Osbourne-Sheets; as well as in pregnancy and postnatal yoga Janice Clarfield and Urban Yoga based in Vancouver. She is an A. L.A.C.E trained doula. Sarah specializes in low back, hip, and neck conditions, tendinitis; improving flexibility and ease in movement and correcting posture. She completed the Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training in 2019 and is a certified Polestar Studio Practitioner as well as a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher . Sarah's background as a dancer and yoga teacher bring a deep understanding of the functioning of the body through movement and informs her Pilates instruction. Sarah believes that there are many paths to healing and wellness, and seeks to support each client in their journey. Her practice is a fusion of her trainings and over 25 years of experience in bodywork and movement in order to address client’s needs individually.
